We are building the governance layer for AI.
AI agents are starting to act in the real world. Someone has to write the laws they follow. Project Chimera is building those laws.
Vision
We are not building another AI model. We are building the infrastructure that ensures AI models behave correctly.
The current approach to AI safety—post-hoc filtering, RLHF, and guardrails—is fundamentally flawed. It treats unsafe behavior as a bug to be patched rather than a structural problem to be solved.
Project Chimera takes a different approach: formal causal constraints that make unsafe AI behavior mathematically impossible. Not filtered. Not corrected. Structurally prevented.
Every AI system that acts in the real world will eventually need a governance layer. We are building it first.
Ecosystem
Three products forming a complete AI governance stack:
CSL-Core
Policy LanguageA formal constraint specification language for AI systems. Policies are verified by Z3 SMT solver for logical consistency. Open source, pip-installable, production-ready.
Chimera Runtime
Runtime PlatformRuntime enforcement and AI audit infrastructure built on CSL-Core. Continuous monitoring, violation tracking, compliance reporting for regulated industries.
Project Chimera
Research LabIndependent research lab exploring causal AI, neuro-symbolic architectures, and formal methods for AI governance. Publishing open research, funding micro-grants.
